二、學(xué)生情況分析
今年任教八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。八年級(jí)3班共有學(xué)生52名,八年級(jí)5班共有學(xué)生53名。相對(duì)于八年級(jí)3班,八年級(jí)5班同學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)稍弱,但八四班同學(xué)普遍記憶力較好,學(xué)習(xí)熱情高,課堂氣氛活躍,通過(guò)師生共同努立,相信會(huì)趕上八3班。八3班大部分同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)積極,認(rèn)真,塌實(shí)。但是,兩班均有個(gè)別學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)很差,甚至,有個(gè)別同學(xué)已經(jīng)放棄了對(duì)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)。本期應(yīng)對(duì)這些同學(xué)多加關(guān)注,讓他們找回自信,重拾興趣。通過(guò)上學(xué)期教學(xué),發(fā)現(xiàn)同學(xué)們識(shí)記能力較強(qiáng),但對(duì)知識(shí)的應(yīng)用能力較差,尤其表現(xiàn)在書面表達(dá)上。本學(xué)期應(yīng)在這方面常抓不懈。
