一、文章來源:
4篇文章依舊來自于傳統(tǒng)的核心刊物:Economist,Time,以及Newsweek,這個進一步說明考研英語文章選材來源的固定化,進而給參加2007年考研的同學也提供了一個非常好的平時選讀文章的方向。在這里我必須要強調一點的就是,2006年閱讀理解的最后一篇文章在“英語文摘”第7期上不但已經發(fā)表,而且還附之以中文翻譯。這個就告訴我們的廣大考生,在我們選讀國外經典雜志時也不應該忽略猶如“英語文摘”、“英語世界”等等核心的國內英語刊物。希望參加2007年的考生予以重視。
二、文章類型:
4篇文章分別考查了社會熱點類(TEXT1移民本土化問題)、經濟類(TEXT2
Shakespeare故居居民收入問題)、自然科學類(TEXT3大型魚類數(shù)量劇減問題)、文學藝術類(TEXT4憂郁的藝術)。這個4篇文章考查的比重相對來說還是比較的傳統(tǒng),與歷年的命題思路基本保持一致。可以斷言,根據(jù)過去13年(1994——2006年)的真題我們依舊可以大致推導出2007年的命題的大致選材方向。因此,真題對于2007年的考生來說依舊是個核心復習資料。

四、 命題思路:
2006年考研英語閱讀理解的命題思路并沒有什么大的變化,依舊繼承了以往的命題思路:選項中沒有正確答案,只有最佳答案!而至于這個“最佳”的概念,我們必須去揣摩命題人的命題思路才可以獲得。因此在2006年的試卷中依舊存在了4個很有爭議的題目。對于這4個極具爭議的題目,我們在研究探討時發(fā)現(xiàn)和往年一樣,即使我們把整個文章和題目翻譯成中文,答案依舊很模糊。因此,用一句話來概括命題思路的話,那就是“用英語包裝了的命題人思維模式”的考核。這個已經不僅僅是英語本身的問題了,這個已經關系到命題人的思考問題的方式,以及關系到命題人命題的套路問題。從這個角度來說,對于2007年的考生而言,研究真題是至關重要的。
五、2006年閱讀理解答案:
